Why it’s good to be a morning person

Don't get me wrong – sometimes it's great for your health to allow yourself to sleep in! However, being a morning person has its benefits, too.

Ayurvedum said, "When you wake up between 4:30 and 5:30 am, you will notice that your mind is relatively empty of thoughts. There is silence, clarity, lightness, and peacefulness during this time of the morning. You’re also likely to not feel the urge of hunger. That’s why this is considered in Ayurveda and yoga as the best time to meditate."

People that wake up earlier tend to be more productive, have more energy, and have lower stress! It's certainly worth a try.
