Finding yourself on your own

You don't need other people to have fun! In fact, sometimes it's easier to do some soul searching while on your own.

Do some mindfulness exercises like hiking or meditation to figure out your goals and your direction. In the process, try to let go of your self critiques and accept the fact that not everyone is going to like you. That's ok!
